Registration Overview
The registration process for FBC25 consists of two essential steps:
- Step 1: Complete Payment
- Please make your payment via bank transfer following the instructions provided below.
- Ensure you include the remark: “FBC25-Your Name-Your Institute” during the transaction.
- If you require an invoice before making the payment, please fill out the Invoice Request Form.
- Step 2: Submit Registration Information
- After completing the payment, please fill out the Registration Information Form, including a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
- This step ensures we can accurately verify your registration and issue your receipt.

Regular and Student registration fees include:
- Admission to Scientific Sessions, Industry Workshop, and Study Visit Trip
- Reception, banquet, lunch, dinner, and farewell BBQ
- Symposium documents and material
- Posters and access to the sponsors exhibition
- Note: The fee for accompanying participants is 300 EUR, including reception, banquet, lunch, dinner, farewell BBQ, and Study Visit Trip.
Payment Methods
Full payment must be made through online payment by the corresponding deadlines. All bank charges for remittance should be paid by participants. Please leave a message (FBC25-Your Name-Your Institute) before sending the money! After successfully sending the money, please make a screenshot and fill out the Registration Information Form for receipt. The bank information can be found as follows:

Registration Cancellation Policy
- Application of cancellation must be sent to the conference email before March 31, 2025: FBC2025@126.com (preferred) or fbc25organizingcommittee@gmail.com (backup email if previous one doesn’t work for you).
- Response to the application will be made in two weeks. All refunds will be made after the symposium.
